Body offers free shipping on all Bodytime.com orders of $50 or more.

We process orders Monday-Thursday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 4:30 pm PST M-T will not be processed until the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & Shipping

No rush service on international orders. For security reasons, international customers must pay with an international money order. Please email us prior to mailing order so we can let you know your freight charge. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DO NOT SHIP WITH FREE SHIPPING! We ship via USPS Air. Air delivery takes from one to four weeks. Prices vary depending upon destination country, package weight and shipping method. We cannot track international packages.

Returns & Exchanges

Body Time wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you’d like to return or exchange a phone or online order, please call Customer Care toll-free to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions:

Customers who purchase products from Body Time’s website or mail-order need to return product by mail. Items purchased in a Body Time retail store may be returned to any of the Body Time retail stores. Body Time retail stores cannot accept returns of products purchased online or by phone

Return items need to be 98% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. WE DO NOT TAKE BACK SCENTED PRODUCTS. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable. There is a $4.00 dollar charge for exchanging products. Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization from a customer care representative. Returned items are normally credited in the original form of payment, after we have received returned products. Please allow up to 15 days for your return to be processed from the day you return your package. We will notify you by phone or email once we have processed your return.

 

Report Order Problem

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care; we will re-ship the correct item at no additional cost.
