Coriander (Coriandrum sativum), stimulating, relaxing

Coriander smells sweet, warm and slightly spicy.

Some of its therapeutic properties are analgesic, aphrodisiac, antispasmodic, deodorant and fungicidal. In aromatherapy, it is used to treat arthritis, gout, muscular aches and pains and rheumatism. With its stimulating yet relaxing and stomach soothing qualities, it may also be helpful to treat symptoms of nervous exhaustion, anorexia nervosa and loss of appetite.
