Bergamot (Citrus bergamia), stress-relieving

Bergamot has a light, delicate, sweet, citrusy and floral scent. It has been an Italian folk remedy since the 16th century, used for fever and as an antiseptic. In addition to its stress-relieving, antiseptic and fever reducing properties, bergamot also acts as an antibiotic, antispasmodic, an antidepressant and a calmative.
Bergamot is used to treat all types of skin infections, to help heal cuts and wounds, psoriasis, oily skin, scabies, eczema, acne, cold sores as well as for anxiety and depression.
