Perfume and Cologne Base

By diluting our concentrated perfume oils with this clear liquid base, you can make your own perfumes and colognes. For perfume, use one part perfume oil to four parts Perfume and Cologne Base; for cologne, use one part perfume oil to twenty parts base. You can vary these proportions according to your own taste. You'll find it's easier if you start with half the amount desired, then adjust the mixture until you're satisfied. Be sure to use glass bottles since both perfume oils and this base can dissolve plastic.
Contains: SDA alcohol 40B, dipropylene glycol, benzyl benzoate, fragrance.
